Job Summary/Overview
In this role as a Customer Support Associate at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries through voice calls. This position is unique as it allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a recognized name in the IT industry.
Responsibilities/Requirements
- Resolve customer queries through voice calls.
- Maintain excellent verbal communication in Assamese and English without major MTI.
- Work in 24/7 shifts; no planned leave for the first 3 months after joining.
- Ensure a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Complete HR and OPS rounds, along with P-Map and Versant tests.
- Work 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
- Minimum system requirements: Windows 10, 10GB RAM, i5 processor (7th Gen or above), and a proper Internet connection (30MBPS).
- Provide necessary documents including education mark sheets, Aadhar Card, and other identification.
