Job Summary/Overview
Tech Mahindra is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Technical Support International Voice team. This role focuses on addressing customer queries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining high service quality. Responsibilities & Requirements
- Deliver technical support (L1/L2) for international clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and efficient service.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and Office 365.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
