Job Summary/Overview
In this senior-level position at TELUS Digital, you will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and optimizing ITIL processes. Your leadership will guide service transition initiatives and enhance customer experiences, making this a truly impactful role.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Level 3 & 4 process documentation and optimize process interlocks in service management.
- Develop use cases for process implementation and lead ITSM tool configurations, specifically with ServiceNow.
- Establish operational level agreements (OLAs) and design customer-specific ITIL operational solutions.
- Manage delivery frameworks for service transition and lead business requirements gathering.
- Develop transition strategies and risk management plans while ensuring integration with the existing ITIL framework.
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting, and generate performance reports using BI tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and improve operational solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Administration, or a relevant field.
- Required Skills: ServiceNow platform expertise, Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, customer-facing experience.
