Job Summary/Overview
Tech Mahindra is on the lookout for enthusiastic candidates to join their Technical Support International Voice (Service Desk) team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and uphold high standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support (L1/L2).
- Respond to customer queries via calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely service.
- Work with ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk).
- Handle Active Directory tasks (User Management, Password Reset, Account Unlock).
- Support Microsoft Office & O365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Troubleshoot Windows OS (7/8/10) and desktop issues.
- Provide support for VPN, Citrix, and Exchange.
- Resolve hardware and network troubleshooting (LAN, Printers, Devices).
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Basic knowledge of antivirus, patch management, and SCCM.
- Communicate effectively through voice, email, and chat.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary, but 0-5 years in technical support focused on International Voice is desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (24/7) in an office setting.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Basic understanding of technical issues is a plus.
