Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve basic Level 1 and some Level 2 technical issues.
- Provide after-hours on-call support to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Support networking concepts, VPN, and Active Directory.
Requirements
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Freshers must possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience candidates preferred with a background of 6 months to 5 years in technical support.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Work from office with rotational night shifts; 5 days a week with 2 off days.
