Job Summary/Overview

Join Tech Mahindra as a Service Desk Technical Support professional and engage with customers while troubleshooting various technical issues. This role offers a unique environment to accelerate your career with extensive training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers.
  • Address customer queries via calls and emails promptly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents.
  • Strive for high customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Manage ITSM Tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and HPSM.
  • Assist with Active Directory tasks (User Management, Password Reset).
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office & O365 applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting for Windows OS and desktop issues.
  • Support VPN, Citrix, and Exchange.
  • Execute hardware and network troubleshooting procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and maintain communication excellence.

Requirements

  • Freshers and candidates with 0 – 5 years of experience in international voice technical support are welcome.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, in a 24/7 work environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of technical issues is advantageous.
