Job Summary/Overview

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
  • Respond to customer queries via calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents.
  • Ensure prompt service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage IT service desk operations and utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
  • Support Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting for various devices.
  • Work with antivirus and patch management systems.

Requirements

  • No pursuing candidates; fresher candidates are welcome.
  • 0-5 years of experience in international voice technical support only.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of common technical issues.
