Job Summary/Overview: Sutherland is on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for their International Voice Process role. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll provide high-quality voice support to international customers, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries. This position is uniquely appealing due to its work-from-home flexibility and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional voice-based support to international customers.
- Manage customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operations).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.
- A proactive and professional attitude, team player.
- At least 6 months of experience in the international BPO voice process.
Eligibility Travel Boundaries
Candidates must reside within 1.5 km from the nearest railway station in the designated areas:
- Central Line: Kalyan to Sion
- Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (Excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)
- Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)
Shift & Weekly Off
- Shift: 24×7 rotational (including night shifts)
- Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
- Work Mode: Work from Home from day one
