As an Operations Specialist at Prezent AI, you will serve as the backbone of our revenue organization. Your main responsibilities will involve identifying friction in our processes, constructing reports and dashboards for our sales team, and providing essential support that connects Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams. This unique role calls for someone who excels in both technical and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations, leveraging AI to enhance effectiveness across the revenue organization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and implement reporting tools aimed at boosting efficiency and productivity.
- Salesforce Expertise: Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards in Salesforce, while connecting workflows to Zapier for automation.
- Knowledge Management: Document processes and establish a knowledge repository for sales support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Enablement, Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Marketing to ensure alignment in operations.
