Educational Qualifications
🔹 Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Qualification: 12th class or equivalent from a recognized Board/University.
- Typing Speed:
- 35 w.p.m. in English OR
- 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (equivalent to 10500/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions per word).
🔹 Junior Hydrographic Surveyor (JHS)
- Qualification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
OR - Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years’ experience in Hydrographic/Land Survey.
OR - SR I/II of Indian Navy with 7 years’ experience in Hydrography and Navigation.
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: Knowledge of computer programming.
🔹 Senior Accounts Officer
- Essential Qualification:
- Degree from a recognized University with any of the following:
- Final exam pass of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Final exam pass of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants
- SAS (Commercial) exam pass of Indian Audit & Accounts Department
- Degree from a recognized University with any of the following:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in Commercial Accounts in the Finance/Accounts Department of:
- Central/State Government, or
- Semi-Govt. Organization, or
- Reputed Commercial Organization.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in Commercial Accounts in the Finance/Accounts Department of:
- Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Business Management.
