The ICICI Bank Aspire Program is a career accelerator for fresh graduates.
- 2 months residential training in Relationship Management (Sales)
- Job placement with a starting CTC of ₹4.5–5 LPA
- Stipend: ₹18,000 per month during training
- No training fee
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 60% marks in 10th, graduation, and (if applicable) post-graduation
- Open to graduates, engineers, and postgraduates (MBA/PG)
- Age: Below 25 years
- Experience: Less than 1 year
- Mobility: Willing to work anywhere in India
Program Details
- Duration: 2 months residential training (e.g., Hyderabad campus)
- Career Path: Placement as Relationship Manager (Value Banker)
- Salary Package: ₹4.5–5 LPA after training
- Fee: No charges
Selection Process

- Aptitude Test (quantitative, reasoning, verbal, awareness, video-based situations)
- Psychometric Assessment
- Personal Interview (banking awareness & career goals)
