Job Summary/Overview

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
- Respond to customer queries via calls and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents.
- Ensure prompt service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage IT service desk operations and utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
- Support Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for various devices.
- Work with antivirus and patch management systems.
Requirements
- No pursuing candidates; fresher candidates are welcome.
- 0-5 years of experience in international voice technical support only.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Basic knowledge of common technical issues.
