Job Summary/Overview
As a Business Development Executive/Manager at UAI Autoworks Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in engaging with car owners and promoting our value-driven maintenance packages. Your primary responsibility will be enrolling new customers into our Annual Maintenance Plans (AMPs), while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and enroll customers into Annual Maintenance Packages (AMPs).
- Meet car owners, drivers, and service center clients to promote maintenance packages.
- Explain plan benefits, pricing, and validity; guide customers through enrollment.
- Manage a small team (For Manager position).
- Document daily visits, calls, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Provide post-enrollment support and address queries.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle servicing or a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and driven by results.
- Comfortable with local travel and field sales.
