Job Summary/Overview
Tech Mahindra is excited to bring you two fantastic customer support roles aimed at delivering exceptional service to international customers through voice and chat. As a member of our team, you will resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction while working in a vibrant and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- International UK Voice Process:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Efficiently resolve customer queries and ensure first-call resolution.
- Communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
- Work comfortably in rotational night shifts (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs).
- International UK Chat Process:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat with clarity and grammatical accuracy.
- Maintain service quality with timely responses.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs).
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates are welcome.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal (for voice) and written (for chat).
- Must be comfortable working night shifts according to UK timing.
- Must not be pursuing regular education and should not have planned leaves for the first 3 months.
