Responsibilities

  • International UK Voice Process:
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
    • Efficiently resolve customer queries and ensure first-call resolution.
    • Communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
    • Work comfortably in rotational night shifts (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs).
  • International UK Chat Process:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via chat with clarity and grammatical accuracy.
    • Maintain service quality with timely responses.
    • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates are welcome.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal (for voice) and written (for chat).
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts according to UK timing.
  • Must not be pursuing regular education and should not have planned leaves for the first 3 months.
