Job Summary/Overview
MRT Infotech is eager to fill the role of Customer Support Executive for Concentrix, a leader in global business services. This extensive hiring event offers over 100 openings to support Google YouTube. Join us on June 5th and 6th to embark on a rewarding career in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage inbound voice calls from users worldwide regarding Google YouTube.
– Address user inquiries about content, policies, and account assistance.
– Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
– Adhere to company guidelines during customer interactions.
– Accurately note customer interactions in internal systems.
– Achieve performance metrics and service quality standards outlined by the operations team.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
– Any graduate from a recognized university (any stream).
Experience:
– Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
– Experienced candidates with up to 3 years in customer service, particularly in international voice processes, are welcome.
