Job Summary/Overview
As a Customer Support Associate at Bigbasket, you will be the voice of the company, engaging with customers to resolve their concerns and enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

- A positive attitude, commitment to work, and the ability to work in rotational shifts (06:00 AM to 11:45 PM).
- Proficiency in typing (20-25 WPM).
- Previous experience in a BPO sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
