Job Summary/Overview

As a Customer Support Associate at Bigbasket, you will be the voice of the company, engaging with customers to resolve their concerns and enhance their shopping experience. The role combines both work-from-home and in-office flexibility, ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers over calls to resolve their queries and issues.

  • Proficiency in typing (20-25 WPM).
  • Previous experience in a BPO sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
