Job Summary

In this role, you will mentor potential learners and guide them in exploring the unique offerings of NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 programs. Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and career advisor for prospective learners.
- Provide career counselling and showcase how CCBP 4.0 can accelerate their careers.
- Communicate the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 programs.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle for assigned leads, including product demonstrations and closing deals.
- Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and contribute constant feedback to the team.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of building rapport with prospects.
- Systematic approach to sales funnel management and task prioritization.
