Job Summary/Overview

As a Customer Care Executive at Startek, you will be the vital link between the company and our delivery partners. This role involves handling partner queries and resolving their issues over the phone, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Responsibilities

  • Address delivery partner inquiries and provide solutions over the phone.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with partners.

  • Participate in on-the-job training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Work a structured schedule, including 9-hour shifts with designated breaks.
