Job Summary/Overview
As a Customer Care Executive at Startek, you will be the vital link between the company and our delivery partners. This role involves handling partner queries and resolving their issues over the phone, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Responsibilities
- Address delivery partner inquiries and provide solutions over the phone.

- Work a structured schedule, including 9-hour shifts with designated breaks.
