Job Summary
As an International Voice Process Associate, you’ll engage with international customers, providing crucial support and resolving queries. It’s a unique opportunity to work with a global clientele while ensuring customer satisfaction and enjoying potential salary growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Understand and effectively resolve customer queries via voice communication.

- Be comfortable working in rotational night shifts (5 days a week, with 2 rotational offs).
