Job Summary/Overview
As a Service Desk Analyst L1 at Wipro, you’ll provide essential support to end users by addressing IT incidents and application issues. This role offers an excellent platform for enhancing your technical support skills while working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist end users with application queries, system administration, and network concerns.
