Job Summary/Overview

As a Business Development Associate, your main role will be to connect potential learners with our innovative CCBP 4.0 programs, guiding them towards achieving their career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team while developing your sales skills in a rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and guide, providing career advice to prospective learners.
- Counsel learning prospects on how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.
- Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of our programs to potential customers.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and provide consistent feedback on lead quality.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu/Tamil/Hindi and proficiency in English is a bonus.
- A dedicated attitude with strong determination and reliability.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and demonstrate empathy and patience.
- A systematic approach to managing sales funnels and exceeding deadlines.
