Job Summary/Overview
Wipro is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Non-Voice process to join their team. The role involves handling non-voice customer support tasks while working in a friendly and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities & Requirements
- Possess strong communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
- Available to work from the Wipro office in Hyderabad.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Must have completed graduation with all relevant documents (PC & CMM mandatory). Post-graduation candidates (MBA only) can also apply.
- Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible; pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Workdays include 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
