Job Summary
As a Process Associate Trainee at Examity, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to test takers. You will be responsible for facilitating exams, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the integrity of the testing process. Responsibilities
- Proctor exams virtually, ensuring adherence to client exam rules.
- Serve as a point of contact between Operations staff and test takers for issue resolution.
- Log interventions for company-level reporting.
- Investigate alleged breaches of disciplinary regulations.
- Assist test takers with exam prerequisites and validate identities.
- Supervise examinations throughout the entire session.
- Participate in weekly review meetings to improve operations.
- Provide customer support using business-provided tools such as chat and email.
