Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as a technical support associate and senior technical support associate.
- Responding to customer inquiries through calls and emails.
- Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues.

- Maintaining customer satisfaction through timely service.
- Handling ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
- Managing Active Directory tasks like user management and password resets.
