Job Summary/Overview
The Internal Auditor role at Genpact offers a unique opportunity to lead client engagements in governance, risk, and compliance, while performing internal audits and SOX assessments. Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements in governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, and SOX 404 assessments.
- Execute projects for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
- Independently conduct audits under manager supervision if experienced.
- Determine necessary audit procedures for achieving desired results.
- Draft original work programs for assigned projects.
- Perform audit work diligently, following approved work programs.
- Analyze and appraise evidentiary data for an informed opinion on controls’ adequacy and effectiveness.
- Evaluate whether reviewed areas comply with policies and organizational objectives.
- Report audit findings and recommend improvements in operations and cost reduction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification as an MBA or CA.
- CFE, CIA, or CISA preferred.
